As it stands, it appears that, over the next few days, Netflix will be gradually losing some of the more popular network television shows, including the hit AMC show’s Breaking Bad, unless it pays extra for licensing these under its streaming service.
Despite the rising popularity of Breaking Bad and such other programs on account of Netflix, the original studios have established their own streaming services. This has recently afforded them the opportunity to stream their own programs, and it appears that they’re going to take this option.
On February 10, 2025, Netflix will be ending Breaking Bad’s contract with it.
