Bitcoin Rebounds in 2025, Up next 100,000 Dollar mark
The cryptocurrency market has begun to show signs of growth in the year 2025, recovering from a recent slump. Bitcoin, the most dominant cryptocurrency, is still trading below the psychologically important level of around 100,000, currently at $96,000. But optimism seems to be creeping into the crypto sector as many believe there would be a price rally in a few months’ time.
Confidence in the sector also seems to have grown in part due to the expected Trump administration which has promised to alter the regulatory framework within which cryptocurrencies operate. The shift in regulatory stance is anticipated to create growth opportunities in the industry as a whole.
Analysts See Hope
Notably, a number of prominent analysts, including Galaxy Research, have somewhat set affordable targets for Bitcoin’s price trend. Galaxy Research states that Bitcoin will reach the $150,000 level before the end of the first half of 2025 and by the end of the fourth quarter, the level may reach or exceed $185,000. This target price and time frame prediction is well supported by the fact that Bitcoin has been able to outperform several other classes of assets including gold and the S&P 500.
Weekend Focus: The Psychology Mark of 100k test?
In the short term, around the weekends, analysts and many cryptocurrency investors anticipate a price surge for Bitcoin. It is expected that on Saturday 4th January, it shall dip slightly but still have remontant strength below the 100,000 mark.
